「This place is the most horrible place to stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was widely open upon returning from dinner. The room is noisy and the staff wasnt helpful at all. I asked for a refund as we are concerned for our safety and security but they've refused. Imagine you are all women staying in supposed to be a safe place, only finding out that your room was entered into without your knowledge and permission and leaving the door wide open with our personal belongings...

「The environment and service are good except for the room cleaning time. daily room cleaning was slightly late. They did clean the room during afternoon after 3 pm. We were surprised with that. 」

「We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field. There is a warm water massage pool, though sometimes if it’s not bubbling,the warm water is really relaxing.」

「This is convenient to the airport if you have a short Manila overnight. The bathroom in one of our rooms didn’t smell great at check in and it’s pretty street facing but was otherwise clean and suitable.」
