"The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to recommend Vietnamese restaurants and make booking for us. They were also caring to offer travel advice to customers. Besides, the hotel provides a wide variety of breakfast to choose from. Would like to stay in the same place if I visit again!"
"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
