「The location is good which is near to merto station and easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal .The room is clean and tidy. Just some of free items like tea bag, coffee capsule are not refill daily. Other than these , everything is good. It is appreciated that Hotel strives to improves the facilities e.g place coffee machine, new iron which definitely provide a nice feeling for the customers. 「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」
