「Stayed for 1 night on way back from holiday, we were made to feel very welcome and had a nice stay and a 1st class breakfast in the morning setting us up for the day ahead, would definitely stay here again.」

「Fred the host was brilliant, extremely helpful, guest house was very clean and was kept in great condition. Breakfast was great plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Met some interesting people there over breakfast which is always nice. Will stay again when I come up to visit our grandchildren .」

「Great stay, clean and good location 」

「I've been to Ayr many times but this was our first time at Daviot's. We were greeted warmy by Linda, who showed us to our room on the middle floor. While there were four rooms at the top of the stairs, we never heard another soul during our four day stay. The bed was comfortable and the recommendations for dining excellent. 」

「Nice Guesthouse with friendly hosts, rich breakfest, homely rooms. Perfect place for exploring the island. Great view on the Goatfell. 」

「Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. The Breakfast has a varied menu which caters for everybody and is delicious and well presented and perfectly cooked by Duncan.
