"A bit distant from City Centre and tourist attractions, Crosshill House still was affordable, clean, a good choice for travelers on a budget. The room was small but comfortable. I would go again. "

"The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection."

"What a pleasant surprise as it was not what I expected. Check in across the road at an enticing Indian Restaurant - able to safely park car in the Restaurant Car Park - room was very clean, comfortable bed, great shower, larger than usual TV. Room looked out on a busy dual carriageway but noise limited by glazed window and noise from pub downstairs was bearable and ended at closing time. Pricing was incredible. Will definitely be back."

"All was excellent from communication prior to arrival to check out. Charming hosts made me feel welcome. Room was clean and comfortable I was visiting the sights and everywhere was within easy range. A range of food places close by including a wetherspoons with great prices. "

"Arrived at 11.30pm. Room on ground floor was huge and warm with 2 very comfortable beds. Made a brew and went to bed. Bathroom tiny but not an issue. Staff seemed friendly but didn't really see anyone. Paid extra as we arrived after 10pm."

"Great location for visiting beautiful countryside, especially the coastal road to Turnberry. Perfect location for golf at Troon, Prestwick and Turnberry. Property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"The guesthouse is a beautiful old building with new modern facilities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent spacious room with 2 chairs. Very clean. Good ample breakfast. What stands out is the accommodating, friendly staff. The parking is limited and tight at the hotel but there are other places to park close by"
