No frills room, but the price was great, and it served its purpose, very friendly receptionist, and the hotel is ideally situated, and close enough to all the amenities, and just a short walk or taxi away from everything I needed.

Room was very small and although it said private bathroom the bathroom was not en-suite....it was outside in the corridor and could be accessed by key. OK for a one night trip.

The room was clean, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. I could hear when others were using their washrooms, so a little embarrassing, and I couldn’t lock my door behind me. The lady who gave me my room key was very polite, but then was nowhere to be seen. I guess there must be a serious lack of hotel rooms in the west end of Glasgow, because I have a difficult time understanding how a property like this could remain in existence in any other situation. It’s a pity, because the location really is perfect.

Great location but had very little amenities. No ventilation in the room with only a window to spare during the heatwave. Lots of choice restaurants and cafes. Public transportation very accessible-subway is cheap and efficient. Rooms were a bit pricey.

Our room in the basement was quite dark and unpleasant. I saw a main floor room as we were checking out and it was of completely different caliber. It was chili and damp, heater wouldn't turn on. Bathroom was very clean though. The outside of the building does not at all match the photo online. The staff was wonderful, 6 stars for them!!!!

Impeccably clean room and in a great location

An extremely clean triple room with comfortable beds and a lovely shower. Friendly welcome on arrival. Some nice bars and restaurants within a 2 min walk! Would definitely stay again :)

Greedy owners

The mattresses were so terrible I can’t explain. You will be better sleeping on the floor. What I don’t understand is them people charging 10 pound extra if you check in late. I mean you’ve gotta be joking me . I have stayed in more than 500 hotels all over the world but never seen this sort of scam anywhere, fair enough if you check out late but checkin in late you pay extra too.All the best to the owners hope they make it big with all the extra tenners that they’ve been collecting.

Basic, but clean, accommodation at a reasonable price. Staff friendly. TV. didn't work, I mentioned this to the woman on reception and she said she would look into it. When we got back, much later in the day, it still did not work. It seemed to be a TV that needed to conect to the internet to work but it refused to do so.
