「The apartment was excellent. The only problem was the link they sent for keys wouldn't open. It was soon sorted with a quick phone call.」

「A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.」

「The apartment was located in central location - close to all restaurants, bars and the beach. However the apartment was located in a very industrial area. From the outset, the apartment looked good however the bathrooms were not cleaned, the living area were not vacuumed properly as there were crisp crumbs everywhere and when it rain the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Very poor experience and never to book again.」

「I found this property when we had to move out earlier than planed for renovation works to our house. On arrival we were all stunned at the beauty on the gardens , the wild life, the fact we appear to be the only guests. Staff were amazing as i had 1 night were we had no where to staff, and staff were able to accommodate us. If you are looking for peace tranquillity i would highly recommend this place. 「We were attending a wedding nearby so only slept in the accommodation and left early next morning. Flat was immaculate and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.」

「Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!」
