「Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Dafür ist die Ausstattung gut. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Mit der U-Bahn 5 Minuten zum Marienplatz. U-Bahn ist nur 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Highlight ist die Dachterasse. Aber auch in der Lobby kann man abends wunderbar etwas trinken. 「I stayed at a&o Munich Hostel for 4 nights. Everything was smooth and okay — check-in was easy, the facilities were clean, and the location was convenient. My only suggestion is to consider offering separate rooms for females and males, in addition to mixed rooms, to give guests more comfort and privacy options.」

「We needed to store our luggage until check in; they kindly had our room ready early so that we could get checked in conveniently. They recommended great places to eat and visit. Loved our comfortable and clean room. Our breakfast was unbelievably delicious! All of the staff is friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located near the sites making walking around very easy! We will be back! 」

「It is more like a budget hotel. TV was out of order. No cups no drinking water in room. The biggest issue is that they do not have security measures at all it seems. People from outside can freely come in, sit down and even go upstairs to the room floors ( room cards are not needed to access the room floors). However, they serve good breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks. But still I will not consider this hotel when I revisit Germany. 」

「I enjoy the stay in the hotel. It was closely located to the Bahn station (maillingerstraße) and supermarket. What made the stay more enjoyable was the considerate services provided by the hotel. They allowed us to check in earlier after the tiring overnight bus ride and I highly appreciated that. The staff members were friendly and they were very attentive to our needs and offered help!
