Staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. There are limited attractions near the hotel but a short 5 minutes walk to the subway gets you anywhere you need to go. Great price for clean and comfortable accommodations.

Had a two night stay whist visiting the Christmas Markets, knowing that we would be spending little time in the room, we looked at the vfm Budget options. This hotel ticked all the boxes, the room was small but had all required amenities and was clean. Not an extensive breakfast offering, but enough to line the stomach before a day out. All staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly and the location just a 5 minute walk to the nearest U-bahn station and bus stops was perfect. Theres a clue in the name; this is a budget hotel and thats reflected in the price and my ratings are given considering all aspects.

Floors were filthy and not cleaned the days we were there. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast options are terrible for the cost. Nothing in the area for lunch or dinner: Budget hotel is being kind.

A pleasant place to stay, and convenient once you've figured out the Munich subway system. The snack bar has a good range of beers but not much else, and dining options in the area are limited, so eat up while you're in town.

Great place to stay if you were visiting for the Euros. Otherwise the place is terrible. Staff couldnt care less, shocking lack of facilities even for a budget option and its slap bang in the middle of no where. Luckily its easy to get the underground near by otherwise it would genuinely get 1 star.

Practical, humble option in Munich

The room is small, furniture looks taken from a German hospital. Climate control is not very responsive but it did not get too hot. For any other city, the price would never justify it, but this is Munich.

The overall stay was good, just they did not clean the floor on any of the days on our stay, there were spider nets too due for the lack of cleaning. In the shower there one broken soap tank holder, they never replaced it. This hotel has very small windows, so you would not have much light into the room. Then one day we wanted to use the oven but there was a written message on that saying it was broken and was not possible to use it. The staff is not that friendly too, we asked about the parking outside they replied that they only knew about the underground car park of the hotel, they would have no idea of the on street parking in front of the hotel entrance.
