「The hotel is opposite to T2 tram and RER C train station, which is very convenient in going to Eiffel Tower or Chateau de Versailles. It has a charged car park underneath the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, with separate toilet and bathroom. My two kids slept in the sofa bed. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. The price is good for this location near the city centre. However, during our stay, RER C line closed for 1 month. We have to spend extra time to travel to nearby...

「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「I like this hotel, it is located at a quiet area but a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very kids friendly, they have hand painting and mascot to take picture with kids. The breakfast has many choices of food, but it is quite busy and always need some waiting. The room is quite spacious and clean.」

「le personnel, amabilité , sourire a l'écoute petit point a revoir : une carte acces pour 2 , hors si pas de carte pas d'ascenseur, et pas de lumière dans la chambre , donc unis jusqu au bout quand on est deux . et il faut pensées a prévenir les clients que la carte accès permet de faire démarrer l'ascenseur. Nous même et d autre personne ont cru être coincé dans celui ci . Une dame personne âgées allait rejoindre son époux dont c est lui qui avait la carte en salle de restaur」
