「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「It is clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is a smell like wood. It can be solved by opening the window. Another problem is about the wall, which is too thin and enable you to hear the sound from next room. ( Luckily they stop making “ love” sound in midnight) The staff doesn’t know English, so you may can’t ask him anything , including hotel shuttle service( I didn’t use this service at last) it is convenient to go to ORLY airport.」

「Super near to metro just 1 minutes, the staff is very nice, helpful and they can speak English. I need mobile sim card for internet access and phone calls, I ask the hotel staff where to buy, they are very nice that they draw me a map for showing the location. One improvement is their Wifi connection need to improve. I am happy along with the trip with this hotel.」

「I paid for the hotel through Hotel.com and lived in this hotel in April. The staff told me they didn't have the payment record and I needed to pay again when I checked out. Finally I found them I was charged twice and contacted them for follow up. They admitted it was a mistake and agreed to refund. 「The room is clear and cozy. And the staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is in zone 2 but very close to metro/supermarket. There are some nice restaurants in the area and the environment is more clean and safe.」
