"The lobby is gorgeous, including the front desk, bar and breakfast area, view of the Ohio River is perfect. however the room was stinky and no amount of freshener or AC could improve the smell. it smelled of cat urine, unfortunately and mildew from the bathroom. the lobby smelled great, so I was hopeful. decent sized pool, minimal towels available, difficult to get TP, etc. "

"Park8ng was $8 a night and breakfast consisted of sausage, scrable eggs, oat meal, bread products, milk, orange juice, waffles, French toast, and fruit."

"It was absolutely horrible. I have pictures of how nasty the place is. First off as soon as you walk in nobody at the front desk to help you second the smell of dirty carpet was overwhelming. We finally get to the room. The room was clean but everything was torn up. The mirror film was falling apart the showerhead had scum the shower to turn on and off the water didn’t work. I couldn’t tell if it was going too hot or cold because it was just spined. There was nowhere to place the blow dryer. It was on the floor. There was no extra toilet paper. The sheets had holes. "Room was clean, staffs were helpful, love their pool, spacious parking, so far of all hotels we've been to their breakfast is my top. Love that they still have the microwave which lots of leading hotels remove from their rooms. Our first experience was great, but probably due to spring break the second time was not, kids were extremely loud at the hallway running, screaming and so on (up until 2am then 4am until we checkout. Their main elevator was making weird, freaky sounds, some washer and dryer (they have multiple) doesn't seem to work fine (they don't fill enough water as in some clothes didn't even got wet at all), I also used 2 different dryers as the first one doesn't seems to do the job well (might need some cleaning maintenance or whatever), no hot tub. But other than that I like it. We will definitely consider this place to stay in again when we get back in the area."

"The room was okay for an overnight stay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night this hotel. It looks like it needs to be badly upgraded. The staff was superb during check in and check out. However, the carpet didn't feel very clean. The balcony was a nice touch to the room, however it just felt so old. The bathroom didn't look clean upon arrival. However there was more than enough face cloths and towels for the 3 of us that occupied the room."

"Clean room staff was very nice and the pool was great for the kiddos while we were here. Close to the fountain square which was nice to walk to"

"Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my family. Always pleased with our stay. Only issue had this stay was the phone wasn’t working for us to call out to front deak. Will definitely stay again,has became a family tradition for our family. "
