I mentioned to the Avon Old Farm Hotel staff that I was very disappointed with the many malfunctions, including: the desk phone had no power, the TV wasn't connected, so Netflix wasn't available. Staff was super friendly. 12pm checkout. They accommodated us with baby crib and the room was very spacious. Excellent service and very helpful staff
