「We absolutely loved our time at Amalu Monteverde. We stayed in the Black Haus and it was superb. The view is stunning and the property is designed to make the most of it with wall to ceiling windows and a great sun deck. 「I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had a 3 year old and an 8 month old travelling with us and required additional items due to it being super cold and raining. The manager is non responsive after numerous follow ups including bot emails and phone calls. Book somewhere else! Feeding the ducks and fish is a nightmare, there are no steps down, it’s super slippery, the ducks snip at your feet as they know your coming to feed them and won’t leave you alone. I ended up taking a huge fall due...

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....
