We are from Auckland and the stay was for a special occasion. The checkin set a poor tone and things stayed that way for the rest of the stay - there was nothing else that lifted that poor performance."

"The room was nice and tidy and staff were friendly.Liked the tea making facilities.Even had a bus stop to Onehunga practically outside the door, which coincidendtly i needed to get to.Only gripe is the toilet seat had to be held up and no soap holder in shower.Otherwise great.I'll be back."
