"We were lucky enough to get a newly refurbished room. WOW!! Super spacious, beautifully redecorated in every detail. Impeccably clean, could not fault the room at all. The reception staff were very friendly. A small suggestion here, the reception staff could possibly do with a more upmarket uniform to reflect the standard of the hotel. Otherwise a fabulous stay. Also, not the fault of the hotel but just a heads up... if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. With the trains running nearby (possibly underground) along with typical noises of staying in the heart of a city. "
