"The staff were all friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained. The king room was huge. Plenty of included parking. Short driving distance to many dining options. I let the front desk know the Keurig coffee maker in the room was not working correctly. This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. I think for the price, it's worth it."

"I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, I can however say that the staff (especially Antoine and the gentlemen that picked me up after taking my car to park and when I landed in Buffalo on 3/30 was so kind and very friendly (I wish I had gotten his name but I do know that he loved to fish) all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel rather flying out of Buffalo or vacationing in Buffalo a great place to stay. "

"Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great."

"Room was not ready an hour after the check-in time. Desk was nice and upgrading our room, the new room had no AC. When front desk was contacted, someone came at 8am, touched some buttons and left without communicating anything to us or fixing anything. Then, toilet wouldn't flush. We let them know around noon, they contacted us at 11:30pm if we wanted to move rooms. Parking was easy and always available and breakfast was good and runs pretty late. "

"Great location. Hotel is in decent condition. Rooms slightly worn. Paperthin walls where everything is heard. Hockey Tournament took over lobby with people and tables of food when they have conference rooms. No room left for other guests. "

"The staff is very respectful and so helpful. Anything that was needed was achieved. Clean friendly environment. The breakfast was wonderful. I even had family that have been to other hotel's and said they never experienced the variety of things available. The kitchen staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. "The blanket and towels were blemished, the desk was wobbly, and there was no hairdryer or toiletries (shampoo or shower gel). Overall, it’s a poorly managed hotel."
