"I wish they had more slots and more table games that were open"

"Our flight was delayed, and I promptly called the hotel to notify them. Upon my arrival for check-in, they instructed me to wait due to a system update, asking if I could sit in the lobby until they completed the process. After 35 minutes of waiting, I noticed other customers checking in, raising my concern about the delay. When I approached the desk, they apologized, but I reminded them that I had complied with their request to wait. They then claimed I didn’t have a reservation, despite my certainty that I did. Eventually, they located my reservation but assigned me a room with only a single bed, which was unacceptable considering I was traveling with two teenage boys. Exhausted from the ordeal, I was unable to go back downstairs and ended up sleeping on the floor while my children used the bed. I had paid for a room with two queen beds and received none of it, finally getting to our room around 3:30 AM. When I requested a late checkout, they denied my request outright."
