「A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten. die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist.」

「Excellent hotel.. went with a 7yr old boy who loved the pool areas.. very sad leaving. The quality of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was always top class. Went all inclusive and brillant decision. Bedroom was spotless and cleaned every day.. Staff were always polite and very professional. Already looking to book next yr」

「Lovely property, amazing pool, beautiful apartments. WiFi was not great also we requested our room to be cleaned but no one came so we had no cleaning service for 5 days but otherwise very happy and pleased with our stay」
