「I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.」

「No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. 」

WE COULDNT LEAVE QUICKLY ENOUGH. AVOID IT OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING ASAP DO NOT EXPECT CLEAN SHEETS OR HOT WATER OR ANY REASONABLE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNERS OR THISE REPLYING TO MESSAGES . THEY EVEN VISITED OUR ROOM AND DENIED THE STAINS/BLOOD OR WORSE ON THE CLEARLY VISIBLE AND UNIRONED SHEETS . NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND OLD...
