「I had reserved and paid for two VRBO properties and both of them cancelled on me. The first one the next day and the second one 4 months after I had paid in full. 「The room is nothing like what is shown online, they need to do renovations,only the kitchen area is modern. Everything else is old and outdated. The rooms are dark because they only have lamps with yellow light . Was very difficult to do our makeup at night.they communicated very well with us but nothing was done really. Very disappointed we left a day early. The beds were very hard. The place got potential but should be closed for reservations 」

「You have these beautiful rooms in a hotel that surely is not up to the standard of your rooms. There are groups of elevators everywhere but within those groups only one elevator works….this is truly a safety issue with the number of people staying there. We could not watch tv because the internet connection for the Roku tv would not hold. And last but not least, there weee sheets for the sofa bed but no blanket and not one to be found when I asked. I would think you would choose better...

「Cozy Suites does not even deserve 1 star as that is being generous. The WHOLE experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The check in process was so bad, my reservation, which was made many months in advance, was placed in a pending status while my guests and myself waited 3 hours to get our rooms. I tried calling cozy suites to get help but only was told someone would have to call me back in 5 minutes and I still have not received a call back. 「This property is the worse, the pictures on expedia are nothing compared tp what you get in the toom, the beds are so low and thin they look like toddlers beds, the tv in only in the living room and its the aize of a laptop, the sofa bed is a walmart type sofa bed, I come here frequently and have rented this suites before but somethings changed and now its a very crappy place, i will not come back to this hotel again. 「We were very pleased with the unit, it was very clean and well stocked with the basic essentials ( dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper,even laundry detergent) Communication with property owners was simple text messages which I prefer. We had a wonderful stay.」
