Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean. The check-in was quick and easy. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. For the price that I paid, I was satisfied. You can't expect a five-star hotel room and experience when paying so little. I will stay again.

Good Experience

My stay was good. Check in could have been a little more faster and efficient. The condition of the room was good for the price that I paid. Location was amazing as I was close to dining and shopping along with public transportation.

The rooms are clean but the outside of property felt unsafe there was people screaming outside all hours of the night, when we pulled up to property there were two people who were obviously on drugs in the parking lot walking around and about 7 others walking around. Inside the room it was fine it was a clean and sheets were clean but outside is ridiculous.

It was fairly clean, with newer flooring. The AC unit had missing buttons, including the on/off button, so it ran always. The temp buttons worked but were severely worn. At least it worked. Everything was pretty basic, but that's what we paid for. The building itself is kinda old and not in great shape, and there was a fair amount of junk around the property. Overall it was ok for the price we paid. Friendly staff!

we showed up in the middle of the night and the staff allowed me to view the room instead of just putting me in a room. clean rooms. the other residents are a tad loud but its no different than living in an apartment. It's super close to everything. And for the price I am super happy. will definitely stay here again if need be.

The room itself was clean and recently updated. The area was convenient as it was just a 20 minute walk to Truist Park but the outside was very run down. It seems like they have made a lot of effort on the inside though. At first thought I would say it's okay enough if you just need a place to sleep but a I was packing up my car to leave I had a stranger approach me and ask me where to buy heavy drugs. Seem to be a lot of long term stays here and I did talk to some of them who were decent folks.

You get what you pay for for. Not a great property or room. The ac and tv worked well. The shower leaks, no hand towels and the towels are small and thin. Professional and friendly staff.
