My stay at The Tess, Autograph Collection was exceptional from start to finish. Rebecca at check-in provided top-tier customer service — she was professional, welcoming, and truly made the experience memorable. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, the view was stunning, and dinner was absolutely great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. When calling to book, be sure to ask for Rebecca — you won’t be disappointed!

The Tess was the perfect stay for our trip. The Hotel embodied everything that is needed in a good stay. Friendly and accommodating staff, newly renovated property, clean and modern. The hotel rooms are swanky and make you feel like you're stepping back in time when you stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the toiletries by aveda were an excellent touch. Was able to get a late check out the day of for only 20.00 per extra hour which was worth every penny. Only knock is the Valet charge of 59 per night. They have a self park option for 25.00.

Nice rooms, liked the interior decor! Decorated for Christmas. Boutique style hotel, great location. Check in was slow b/c there was only one lady forming the front desk. Once checked in, we were good to go!

Valet great and vastly improved! Room good, no robes though, and snacks not replenished after afternoon cleaning. Why have tea bags when not able to do Hot water in room? Front desk good, doorman nice. Problem still with LOUD music from 10th floor permeating down to 6th floor late evening when tryin to sleep. Restaurant better and Chris did a great job at breakfast.
