The staffs did their best after I showed them the embarrassing dirty room. Animal fur was everywhere. Toilet needed to be scrubbed. The cabinets were covered with mold. Gym door shut closed for whatever reason. Poor was disgusting to even look at. Yet, all these amenities are being advertised with no shame!!!

The room smelled horrible and it had rusted fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. It felt run down. It was clean though. We had problems with the keycards late at night and had to use the phone they have for afterhours and an employee came to help us relatively quickly.

I arrived at the hotel & they had no rooms bc they were all dirty bc the cleaning staff was already gone & even though I wasn’t going to be back until 11 that night, he still wouldn’t be able to find anybody to clean the rooms & kept me there an hour before telling me there were no rooms & my money still hasn’t been refunded

This room was absolutely horrible. The kitchenette was falling apart with dirt all over the floor, the sofa need was broken, the bathroom didn't have a working light and the room reeked of pure bleach. We couldn't even stay in there so we left immediately
