Las camas estaban con pelos negros, difícil decir si eran de humanos o animales. El olor ere terrible. Pedimos cambio de cuarto y lo negaron, pedimos cambio de sábanas y también lo negaron. Tuvimos que salir del hotel el mismo dia que llegamos.

Half the lights didn’t work, the TV remote was broken upon entry and I had to manually turn the tv on/off and change the channels by pressing the buttons on the tv. The A/C never could be turned on. The microwave didn’t work until I plugged into a different outlet. They only give you 1 roll of toilet paper. The bed was OK. The room was decently sized. Almost every time I tried to get into the room it took like 5/6 tries with the room key as the door just wouldn’t open. One night I was completely locked out and needed to call someone at 3 am to help me back in. The staff was friendly. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from Truist park, and there wasn’t many stores/food spots that close by,

This hotel was a disaster. The room was supposed to have a sleeper sofa, it did not. There was dirt on the floor and the floor was extremely slippery. The bathroom door didn't work properly and was extremely dirty on the back of the door. The bathtub held a small amount of water in the bottom of the tub after every shower and had water in it upon check in. There was no hair dryer in our room nor any shampoo or conditioner. The pool was not available during our stay. The lobby smelled like weed. The only thing that was positive was the man at the front desk when we checked in. He was as helpful as he could be.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. We checked in before the Braves game and after getting into the room we talked about it and decided at the game we couldn’t stay in the room for even 1 night. The room looked like they came in and made the beds and that was it. Floors were dirty, table was sticky random sock in the corner and the sofa bed was pulled out when we arrived to the room. I even tried to fold it and it was broken I assume that’s why it was left out. On top of that there were 2 TV and 0 remotes. We stay in a lots of hotels and we should have known by the price it was not gonna be great but nothing prepared us for this. We ended up having to drive back 2 hours because we couldn’t find a hotel to accommodate 1 night. I took pictures of the room, and would like submit as we want a refund.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. While waiting for someone to come to the front desk a customer walked by and said “good luck” when the desk clerk showed up he told me neither of the 2 rooms that I had confirmation numbers for were available, When I asked why, he told me check in time is 3:00 and rooms were on a first come first serve basis this was at 7:15pm when I asked him how they could just cancel my prepaid rooms he told me to step aside and calm down. I asked for the number of someone I could call he gave me a card with a number that no one ever answered. I went back and demanded a refund and he told me I had to go through Expedia for that. Walking up to the lobby upon arrival there was a trash can overflowing onto the sidewalk and Feral cats digging through the trash on the ground. A customer checked in just before I arrived and came back down to the lobby to tell the desk clerk that their room had not been cleaned. Extended Stay America should close this location if they have any type of reputation left to protect. There are several witnesses to these statements that would corroborate this review.

Overall the place is in need of a lot of maintenance. The staff is nice enough. The breakfast is only a muffin and coffee. There is a lot of rust in bathroom, microwave, fridge, doors - well things just need to be replaced. The place is dog friendly. I have a higher than normal standard living - for the price I paid maybe it was fair but I will not be staying again no matter the price.
