「Stayed in ensuite quadruple room (2nd floor), surprised to find small kitchenette with sink fridge kettle and microwave - tea coffee sugar and milk provided - 4 mugs but no other crockery. Large room with table and 3 chairs, beds were fairly comfortable but duvets were very thin. Window a bit draughty as it didnt close properly, this also made it a bit noisy in the room in the morning. A good heater in the room and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Good town centre location, 5 minutes walk to...

「Unfortunately not my best visit here - visited several Times - checked in quite late - went straight to my room for a bath - no hot water ! - then headed down stairs for a bit to eat - had the same as my previous visit ( chicken bourguignon which was great last time) - unfortunately this time it was reheated microwaved mush - so headed to bed , unfortunately for me I was woken up by rocking headboards at 1.30 ( my neighbour was obviously having a better night than me ) thin walls between rooms...

「Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. 」

「Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.」

「Really funky and young hotel, nicely located close to Resorts World and for us the airport. However be aware that early morning the connection between the hotel and the airport, via the NEC and Birmingham international, isn't open. Bit of a longer walk. Hotel was excellent though, really well appointed and great facilities」

「A beautiful property located in a peaceful area with a complimentary breakfast. I stopped during the recent heatwave and was pleased I had packed my mini travel fan as my room had the sun in the afternoon, usually this would have been a treat, just not on this occasion. My room was on the ground floor and initially I thought, that’s no problem… except the windows face the garden and communal outside seating, so make sure you close the curtains to spare any blushes.. 「Clean room, owner really friendly, really good stay 」

「Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside...

「Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again.」
