「房间明亮空间很大，每天都有客房服务，工作人员都很好。」

「Riverbank Lodge was peaceful. It was great to have a bar and food right in the building. The rooms were great just could have used some hooks in the bathroom. Good stay.」

「The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls. Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp. Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles... But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere...

「Always had to wait for staff at the desk. They were always in the back. Complimentary breakfast was never stocked & stopped thirty minutes prior to scheduled time. Only decaf coffee, other pot empty by 9 and never refilled.」

「Located ON Rt 66, this property is a gem. This historic property is unique as it’s the first built as luxury apts. The staff was wonderful, check in smooth and the best chocolate chip cookies we’ve had in a long time were delivered to our room. The staff is not present all nite but you are provided with an emergency number. Free parking and blocks from historic landmarks. Breakfast is complimentary and different every day. 」

「Bathroom floor was dirty and we couldn’t find a place to fill water up.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. They provided water bottles and coffee/tea in the room, along with Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Loved all that! The pool is at the Crowne Plaza, which is just a short walk from the hotel. We slept well and were comfortable.」

「The room was very small, and the sink was placed right next to the bed, which was a really poor layout. The bathroom was extremely cramped as well. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.」
