Stay not long enough.

Welcome was good, Lovely area and house, breakfast was great, nearly all homemade. Spa facilities are excellent - I would highly recommend a massage and if needed the acupuncture - worked wonders for me. Tattoos can be arranged too. Can't wait to return, the area is quiet and peaceful but, you can get to many chateau's and Tours very easily. Thank you N.

Quick one night stop over on route from UK via Cherbourg to Dordogne. 2 adults 3 young kids. We booked the wooden Summerhouse/Chalet because it was more fun for the kids. We got exactly what we booked, perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful given our poor spoken French. Woke up with the song from the birds in the woods. Breakfast was perfect, great coffee, freshly baked bread, home made jams, apricots, yoghurts and pain au chocolat.

Un chalet bien confortable.

Notre hôte était très accueillante et de bons conseils pour les visites et la restauration. Seul bémol, le bruit de la route bien que cela ne nous aie pas empêché de dormir, mais tout le reste a été super.

Le ZEN existe...

Très bon accueil, un superbe, copieux et très bon petit déjeuner. La table était dressée quand nous sommes arrivés, un tableau s'offrait à nous... Les confitures maison, le pain au maïs fait maison étaient délicieux et savoureux.

Un peu surprenant

L'accueil a été très sympathique et la chambre propre et plutôt joli. Par contre, nous avons été surpris par la configuration des lieux (toilettes et douche sans porte ni rideau) et le deuxième lit de la "chambre à deux grands lits" dans une autre pièce à l'étage au dessus. Il y avait aussi un chat caractériel qui ne voulait pas quitter le lit à l'étage et qui a miaulait à la porte de la chambre toute la nuit. Ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants ni aux allergiques. Sinon, nous avons trouvé l'endroit calme et la propriétaire agréable.

Petit chalet agréable avec 2 grands lits et deux petits sur une mezzanine faite pour des petits plutôt cosy mais très bas de plafond.Environnement boisé sympa.piscine médiocre et même pas tentée.Commerces plus éloignés car coin isolé.Seul service proposé, le petit-déjeuner avec des petits pains et confitures faits maison...excellent
