"Pool was very nice. But it is not good that one of the most expensive hotels in turkey has no new smart tv for streaming basic apps like youtube. Their TV system is too basic! The internet was also not good enough. And they had a day of early closure for pool plus a day of maintenance of systems that you could not benefit properly the room services! If I pay that much of money! I want to be able to use what I paid for! You cannot put a note on desk that today the pool is closed for a party, or fridge is locked for a day for system update! Overally, it is a very nice hotel but not in good hands and a proper management!"

"Fantastic location. Quiet but close enough to the tram to go sightseeing. In a very easy to travel around location. Was able to get to the main tourist sites within 20 mins max. If you like a stroll that’s longer it’s safe to walk as well. If not, There are trams metros and ferries right outside. A few cafes close by. And a five min walk away is galataport. It felt pretty safe to come and go. the staff was super helpful in making sure I had what I needed. They checked in with me to make sure I’m not missing anything and made a point to have friendly conversations with all the guests. They were also helpful in mapping directions. They have an option for airport transfer for a fee. I would reccomend this place."

"Overall very nice property with a good location. Hotel is well maintained too. Just a couple of things that didn’t go too well: Beds seemed a little old n sagged a bit and housekeeping did not replace coffee sachets and also towels and bathroom floor mat were taken but not replaced. All in all pretty happy with the stay."
