「We found another Drury Inn that brought the cleanliness we were looking for. As usual, we enjoyed a satisfying supper and then breakfast. The manager took time to visit with people at breakfast.」

「Carpet felt sticky otherwise was overall clean and comfortable bed」

「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「The location is good because it’s close to the university. The hotel room had a smell that did not go away. One of the towels had a stain. We had a double bed. The mattress to one bed was so bad you could feel the bed springs. So we moved to the other bed that was a bit better. If all you are doing is going to sleep there then I guess it’s ok. We did not have the breakfast or dinner so do not know how that was.」

「Overall clean. Staff in restaurant were very nice. The woman who made our coffee at Starbucks was amazing! You have to pay for parking and use your room key to get out of the parking garage.」

Nice peaceful location far from city everything good but pool look dirty I don't know much but I see at evening time so it's used by some other guest so water looks little dirty and I don't like one think that every time enter to casino they check ID but it's ok I think it's theirs duties but need to improve.... And one more thing transportation I wait about and 1 hour for Uber ride to go back to station so I think uber can't find that location or shortage of uber driver so I suggest...

「I’m not sure how this hotel scores so well. It’s an aging property. My room was falling apart: the sink handle comes off in hand. The hot water handle doesn’t work, the shower was moldy. The lamp shades were all askew. Honestly this is what I have come to expect of a property rated 6 or lower. 」

「I loved everything about the property. Everything was well-maintained, clean both in the lobby and the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Next time I return, I will stay at the same Element Iowa hotel. 100% recommended.」
