「Overall we had a pretty good stay and the price made it a good value. We were there 1 night during a relatively rare heatwave and the lack of AC made the room very warm, even with a fan and an open window. There was some mold/mildew in the window sill in the bathroom, but overall a pretty clean property in a decent location. The light breakfast was surprisingly good with coffee options, homemade muffins, and fruit available. We would consider staying here again.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

「This property is the place to stay in Astoria! We stayed in the Ice House Suite and it was perfection. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. We will return and stay in the suite again. Just a beautiful property on the Columbia, view of Astoria Bridge and a platform on site for the sea lions to rest if you enjoy sea life. The views were breathtaking!」
