「Adorable retro hotel, i would recommend you stay here if you love a homey character vibe :) excellent customer service from the staff. worked with us patiently as our travel time was delayed. felt safe and cozy. loved astoria and this hotel is wonderful!!! also the goonies house is only 6 minutes from here! 」

「This motel is on the edge of town as you arrive from the east, so every meal or outing requires a bit of a drive, but nothing is all that far away. The room was very comfortable (the heat works well, but I can't speak to how it would be in the summer) and the bed is too, though maybe a bit too soft. The bedding was fresh and clean, and we were provided with a nice, new extra blanket on request. The view is incomparable, and it was lovely to sit in the lobby (thank you for the 24-hour hot water...

「We had a wonderful stay at this quirky and unique property. The color scheme in the room was unique and soothing, a nice change from the standard look of a hotel room. There were posters on the wall that took you back to days gone by. There was a separate heater in the bathroom which was really nice.
