"Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me when I arrived early, despite not having booked with early check-in! Beautiful lobby and dining area, and well decorated rooms. Connecting passage to Marina Square mall could be more accessible and inviting, looks like I'm walking through a narrow place I shouldn't be, like a staff/employee only area."
