「the room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. the pool looked very nice, but we didn't use it. convenient breakfast the next morning. just the bathroom needs updating, and the tub didn't drain well」

The housekeepers were very accommodating when asked about extra coffee for the little coffeemaker in the room and extra towels were always available. 「The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.」

「The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family.
