「Room Decent, Nice staff. Good price」

「Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge...

「Our stay was great. Jeff, the front desk worker, was super friendly. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast omelets were the ones with peppers, and not just the plain cheese ones. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「There was no power and it was too late to book elsewhere. We were in town for a conference so it was a quick trip but we booked here for the breakfast. There was no breakfast other than some fruit on a table. Understandable since there was no power however, they did not offer us any compensation. The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no...

「Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in.」

「Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.」

「Clean and nice for the value. You can tell the property is well managed. Staff were great. Husband and son loved the pool but wished the hot tub was clean (it was not). Hotel and room was clean and smelled so. Breakfast was nice too. Will stay again when visiting snow trails. 」
