「Convenience, affordable」

「Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait. 「The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.」

「Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.」
