"The room was disgusting. Clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, reeked of cigarette smoke, couldn’t even open the window because the blinds were so disgusting, I was scared to touch them. And what made us say ‘NOPE!’ Was the dead cockroach just lying on the headboard… staff apologized and said I would get a refund, so we will see if the money goes back to my card.
