「如果有洗衣機就更加好喇，比如其它家庭旅館，多數都會有洗衣機的，就更加方便我們這些長途旅客。尤其是像現在冬天，我們都會帶的衣服比較多，出去外面洗衣店又要跑很遠，所以在房間內有洗衣幹衣機會更好。謝謝」

「酒店房間寛闊舒適，離市中心較遠，可乘地鉄往中心地點，地鉄站步程五分鐘，還算方便。房間浴室及厠所門是透明的，預訂需留意。停車場出入容易。」

「My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and spacious and modern. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. We also used the self parking lot and the parking lot was new and lots of spots available.」

「Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! 」

「The property itself is of a good standard inside and clean. However, it has two major defects: 1. It is located right at the exit to a traffic tunnel and is extremely noisy day and night. 2. The 'front-desk' is the counter of the cafè and is only open 9 till 5. Outside these hours, guests are on their own as staff do not respond to WhatsApp messages and only very slowly to emails.」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」
