Very spacious apartment, clean room, and staff that helped us check in was really great! Communication with him was so easy over the phone, we got early check in, and he had a map laid out for us that he circled with the best spots and attractions in porto - we ended up planning around these recommendations! All his recommendations were amazing! Location was perfect, everything was walkable, especially the main attractions. The only things were that the shower door didn’t close fully, and water would leak out, and the wifi wasn’t stable all the time. Would recommend though!

It really nice located and the department is also nice, just the bathroom is not as clean and it doesn’t have ventilation. To take into account that there’s no elevator in case of bringing a big suitcase. In general it was good and the location is great.

The air conditioning was not working. I let one of the host know and was told that he would have to hire a technician to see what was wrong with it because he was not one. It was hot during my stay and just a fan to keep cool at night. There was an ant problem, he came to take care of it by spraying everything down. The next day everything seemed to be fine until I woke up and there were ants in the kitchen sink. I did have a cup of water in the sink that had previously had orange juice in it but to attract as many ants as it did is pretty crazy. There is also water damage that looks to be from a leak from the apartment above. The bedroom and bathroom themselves were clean.

Great location! Very walkable! Room layout was nice. And it was supplied with lots of extras in kitchen and even had a washer. Only minor complaint is the bathroom could use an update. It was clean but little things like shower door didn’t close all the way and toliet seat had a crack in it.

Great team communication and great building location to discover Porto without any need of public transport. Nevertheless the flat itself shows a clear lack of maintenance and particularly the bathroom. See attached pictures. We were disappointed in comparison with the shared pictures on Expedia. It is time for the owner to react and maintain his property.
