「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible
2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」
「I really like the rooms. Despite my shorter stay, I appreciated the stove and fridge. I also loved the thoughtful design throughout. A comfortable bed, a great rooftop, incredible staff, and RINO is the perfect area: art, food, cafes and more. 」
「The batteries in the door lock died just as I needed to go in and retrieve my bag and leave for the airport. The person at the front desk was able to change them in time. I suggest that the batteries be changed on a regular schedule so this doesn't happen. Thank you.」
「We love this hotel. We had a great room, very comfortable bed. Good staff. Good food. Safe area. I especially liked the gym, treadmills, weight machines, free weights (dumbbells) & incline benches.The gym was clean and had yoga pads and clean towels. This is not a complaint, but a dual cable cross machine would have been perfect since so many exercises can be done with it. 」
