「When we got there our room wasn’t ready. Haley was very nice and personal she was the one that checked me in. One thing that could’ve been better if both elevators were working so that was a pain in the butt one one was working .Overall we had a great stay . I would definitely recommend this place .」

「I have to start with the valet staff… they were absolute gentlemen and provided superior customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed (stayed 3 nights). Our room was clean and cozy, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar served excellent drinks, with an outstanding bartender and waitstaff who made the experience even better. 「The staff was very courteous. The room was ok clean wise. I love that they have vinyl flooring now but it was a little dirty and there was a framed picture that had been taken off but you could see the broken piece left on the wall. Kind of odd. The amenities were fine. The price and the friendliness at check in, the cleanliness of the breakfast area was also nice.」
