"Basically, the hotel was adequate for the price, however, there were serious safety issues with the electrical outlets. Several were not properly secured to the wall in one case in the bathroom GFI outlet, it was nearly falling off the wall. Also, some electrical appliance plugs we should’ve been three prong, had the grounding plug removed, and were nonetheless plugged into the wall, which represents a safety hazard."

"We enjoyed our stay, the room was immaculate, the adobe walls, the tiled areas and vigas in the room made it feel like home. This was a different type of stay from the "modern" cookie cutter type hotel. I highly recommend this place and room 101. Not sure all the rooms were like this but it was very nice. Live music at the cantina was great as well."

"Absolutely beautiful place. Employees were wonderful and so welcoming. Location was perfect. Would love to come back again. "

"Breakfast was outstanding - definitely the best part of the stay. The parking lot and courtyard are gravel. There is no staff for checkin. The room was clean but furniture was worn. The air conditioner was a portable unit connected to a boarded up window. The place is in an old not spectacular residential neighborhood - not in walking distance to anyplace you would want to go. My wife loved the place - I didn’t. I selected this place because it had extremely high ratings. I certainly wouldn’t rate it high. In my opinion, the worst place we stayed on our 10 day trip. "
