「Very clean 」

「The rooms were not cleaned, the sheets and blankets were not washed, carpets were dirty and stained, there was dog hair all over the couches and beds, there was trash under couches, beds, chairs, and dressers, the pots and pans were greasy and sticky, and the pillows were all stained and stiff.」

「The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!」

「The kitchen isn’t suitable for cooking because most of the equipment is old. The utensils were dirty, and there were no extra trash bags provided. They should invest a little more in updating the equipment and improving the bedding, as the polyester sheets were very uncomfortable to sleep on.」

「This was one of the best long weekend cabin stays we have ever experienced in Big Bear. The amenities were brilliant, the atmosphere serene and romantic, and the Spa was spot on. Thank you for a fantastic time.」
