「Fresh cookies are wonderful!! Flat remotes are sanitary, but this remote would not select the channels anyway except going all the way up and down thru the numbers. Very irritating and it will force me to choose another hotel in the future. On my second night the staff did not remake the beds or clean the toilet, another reason for not returning!」

「Absolutely horrible fellow "residents"; I had to move rooms twice over three night and got NO SLEEP. It's a party every night--ARGH!」

「其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。」

「The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! 」

「Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.」

「No airport shuttle on this property! Staff didn’t know where a nearby restaurant was, they knew one was across street, I went over after checking in, it’s closed on Monday! I told staff member and she said thanks! 」

「Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back.」

「位置不错，靠近高速公路。房间设置的比较人性化，配置的比较全，可以满足简单的做饭。 位移的就是房间稍微有点小，若是再稍微大一点会更好。 位置很方便，周围就是快餐和购物店， 总体而言还不错。」
