「Couldn’t check in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned up. It was ready at almost 3:30, and there was no apology. The atrium was noisy until night. The 24-hour shuttle bus is convenient.」

「I really enjoyed the property itself; it’s very well-kept and perfectly situated near the great shops and restaurants of the Bishop Arts District. The outdoor area is a lovely highlight and would be a fantastic spot during the summer months. Jerry the Hotel Manager was super friendly. However, I did have a concern regarding security. 「Wi-Fi was incredibly weak. I was unable - after several attempts - to register for free Wi-Fi with my the assigned Marriott account. The result was a 6.95/day charge - which I will dispute. The staff tried to assist but, the app still would not connect. Further, YouTube would open with no volume. However after several attempts (again), the volume finally appeared. This is my only valid gripe - inadequate internet connection. The staff was wonderful despite the circumstances. 」
