The only small thing is we only had one bath towel in our room, we intended on running downstairs to ask for another one but ran out of time before we head to head out. 」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」
