「Väldigt trevlig värdinna. Sängarna i vårt rum, de var ganska nya, var fantastiska - sov som en ett litet barn. Rummet lagom stort, rent och fint. Det ”negativa” var att wifi fungerade dåligt på rummet men samtidigt hade man tid över till annat.」

「Wij verbleven in juni 2026 twee nachten in dit hotel. De locatie van het hotel is prima; je loopt zo het centrum van Tromsø in. Daarmee is het positieve ook wel gezegd. Wij kozen dit hotel omdat aangegeven stond dat er een parkeergelegenheid was bij het hotel. Om niets aan het toeval over te laten, namen wij vooraf contact op met het hotel. 「We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. 「完全自助check in，包含房卡的製作。房間面對港口景觀不錯，但可惜有點小，因為每次從床尾移至窗邊時都會撞到牆上的電視機；但朋友跟我一樣的房型和房價（就在我隔壁），但房間就比我的大很多，我們猜他們那間可能是可以住有使用輪椅的旅客，但是在check in時，螢幕上並沒看到有什麼特別提示。房間有標示水籠頭的水可以生飲，所以房間裡面沒有瓶裝水也沒有快煮壺，如果要喝熱水可以到一樓櫃台，而且一樓櫃台也提供免費的咖啡。第二天check out時，因為太早叫不到Uber，才發現飯店有直接叫TAXI的機器，只是我們不太會使用，後來請櫃枱人員直接幫我們打電話叫車，櫃台人員真的很熱心，不但幫我們叫 TAXI，還主動幫我到餐廳裡面裝熱水（她覺得前枱熱水瓶的水已經不夠熱了）。」
