Very cozy, restaurant is top notch with tropical plants and interesting bone collections and truly fantastic view, massive breakfast buffet, finest cocktails (shout out to the bartender who is sporting the finest beard in all of Svalbard), and overall excellent service from all the staff. Will definitely be back.

Very cozy place with access to coffee and tea all day. The breakfast was really nice with a nice view from the breakfast room. We stayed in a room with shared facilities but they had a lot of them so it was never a problem to find an empty one. Very good!

Excellent service. Good price. Excellent breakfast. Clean facility. Nothing negative except shared bathroom is not my favorite—but the good price for the room makes up for that inconvenience.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ryan, Lene, Lana, Anastasia and Boyona (spelling?) were so kind and helpful along with the staff whose names I didn’t get. Breakfast was fabulous, and dinners were delicious and elevated. I didn’t expect to dine so well on my trip. Initially I was dismayed not having television, but that turned out to be wonderful. Will definitely stay here again
