「真正享受到5星級的飯店」

「Great (central) location, excellent facilities/amenities and first-class service. We especially commended the hotel staff (front desk, restaurant) for their friendliness and helpfulness which make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We highly recommend Phi Hotel Bologna for stay in Bologna.」

「Even a bottle of water has a charge. The toilet was dirty」

「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is very close to many places to see including university of Bologna and National Art Gallery」

「good」

「It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.」

「The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to the town center and the train station was within walking distance.」

「nice and cozy hotel situated in the center of old town. 」

「Lovely room in great location Staff were great Nice selection for breakfast」

「我們這次住了四天，房間每天都有整理乾淨，浴室也整理非常乾淨。唯一的缺點是地板沒有用拖把擦乾淨。」

「乾淨又便宜，雖然走到車站要16分鐘」
