「Pros: Modern and clean. Contact person accommodating and easily reachable. Easy to reach via bus from Bologna train station. Minor cons: Refrigerator small. No iron in room. 「The location of the hotel was PERFECT which is why who chose this hotel. However the cleanliness of the room was poor and worse was the shower. It had black bold all over. We honestly felt very dis usted when showering. They service the room daily but not really clean. It was just throwing the trash, taking the used towels and replacing them with new ones but cleanliness overall lacked in the room. The front desk staff did the minimum: if you asked for a taxi they would get it for us but...
