"From the street, Ocean’s Edge doesn’t seem like anything special. A seemingly basic hotel. My family’s experience here was great. Right away we were greeted by friendly and happy faces. We were given a small bag with two waters and a bag of microwaveable popcorn at check-in. I have stayed in many hotels, many of which charged WAY more than Ocean’s Edge, and provided with nothing at check-in other than a room key. This small gesture resonated very strongly with me, indicating the high level of care they have for their guests. The price was affordable, the staff was friendly, and my family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The pool was clean and had nice semi-private seating areas. My family was very pleased with our stay. There are many options for lodging in Port A; Don’t overlook Ocean’s Edge, it’s a hidden gem."

"CLEAN and smells good was my first impression! We stayed 3 nights and the staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable. It is located minutes from the Port Aransas Ferry ( Dolphin views!) Overall great hotel to stay at! "
