「Faça o check in on-line pelo link que o Hotéis envia, se não você chega lá e eles NÃO deixam você fazer presencialmente. Eu não tive problema pois já havia feito mas as pessoas de frente não tinham recebido o email e foram recebidos de forma super rude e boçal pela atendente - uma GROSSA!!
O lugar é lindo, de uma paz incrível.
No quarto não tinha lençol embaixo da coberta, duvido que lavem a capa de coberta a cada entrada e saída de hóspede. Fora que era cheio de bolinha com aspecto velho.

Hôtel de montagne ayant gardé tout son charme, qui est certes vieillissant mais ce qui en fait un hôtel attachant !
Idéalement situé , le personnel est tout simplement EXCEPTIONNEL ! Du début à la fin !
Le restaurant sur place est pratique (oui avec un enfant), d'un rapport qualité / prix assez incroyable !
Les pistes d'améliorations seraient au niveau de la literie, qui est un peu légère.
Mais la qualité de tout...

La cena è di tipo casalingo, con un ottima offerta di verdure al buffet. La sauna e il bagno turco sono presenti ma viene richiesto un pagamento extra. Gli impianti di sci sono a qualche chilometro di distanza, esiste uno skibus ma solo a pagamento.」

「We loved staying at this hotel. It’s a 25 minute drive from Cortina city but the location is very lovely and quaint. The staff (servers especially) are wonderful and my husband said the pizza was the best he had in Italy (we ate pizza every day for 2 weeks). They offer gelato and there’s a cold spring water fountain across the road from the hotel, but if you’re anticipating wanting other snacks, best to pick up when you’re in a bigger town / before you head back to hotel.」

「A shout out to the front desk staff, he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the lovely village . Great cafes and restaurants . The breakfast selection was good . The only you should be aware of if the road closes from cortina to san Vito at 8:00 PM, the front desk made us aware of that , but we missed the deadline, so we had to do 1hour and half detour to get back to the village . We were 4 km away only . 」
