The receptionists were very nice and friendly to explain everything we needed to know. 24-hour free drink was very good, and each bedroom had a big bath near the bed for hot spring, and massagers were brilliant and with good skills.

居住的附近有7-11也有一些餐廳很方便。 但是入住的時間是暑假期間， 櫃檯和緊急電話都是同一位管理員， 要出門買晚餐的時候發現無法上鎖， 打櫃檯和緊急聯絡電話很多通都無人回應，後來才知道因為櫃檯只有一位， 一個人要負責所有的事， 並且11點後不會有櫃台人員。 終於來協助測試很多次，可以鎖門後， 我們還是很擔心這個門鎖安全問題， 櫃檯說再發生的話，再幫我們換房間， 我們有詢問若11點沒有櫃檯後， 門又壞了不能鎖怎麼辦， 櫃台只回答：「應該不會」， 安全問題讓我們晚上感到很不安， 下次不會再來住的飯店。

飯店一早就有聯絡 也有告知特約停車場停車的位置 櫃檯小姐人非常好 聽說我們隔天六點前就會退房，還特別請廚房幫我們準備一些吐司麵包 雖然沒有熱菜，但本來預期是沒有東西吃的 讓我們還是感覺特別貼心 浴室的乾濕分離沒有到很分離 但簡單淋浴 泡溫泉還是可以的 房間也比想像中大 這次時間不夠 希望之後還能去體驗岩盤浴之類的活動
